Support without the maze.
Students and families
If a school, homeschool co-op, counseling program, or other organization invited you, use the private link its organizer sent. Retrovia does not use a student code or personal student account. Save the anonymous return code shown when you begin; it is the only way to resume or delete that assessment.
Resume saved work
Choose “Start assessment” on the home page, then enter the anonymous return code under “Resume saved work.” If report generation fails, your saved progress can be retried.
Delete an assessment
You can permanently delete the answers and report tied to an anonymous return code here. Retrovia cannot recover the record afterward.
Schools, co-ops, and programs
Create and revoke private student links inside the organization portal. Do not distribute the administrator code to students. Pilot organizations receive their direct support and deletion contact in the written pilot agreement; that route, response expectations, and data disposition must be in place before a live pilot begins.
What not to send
Do not send student names, grades, records, health information, contact details, or other sensitive information in a support request. Students should bring questions about difficult results to a parent, mentor, trusted adult, or counselor.
